SELF CHECK IN: Arrival from 14:00 – your key will be waiting for you in the key box or at reception. Detailed information will be sent to your cell phone in advance!
CHECK OUT: Departure until 10:30 am
Mooring fees at the beach:
SUP board & kayak € 10,- / day, boat € 20,- / day.
No liability is accepted for your sports equipment.
Surcharges for short stays (prices per room):
1 – 2 nights: € 20,- / 3 nights: € 10,- / from 4 nights the standard prices apply.
Children are very welcome:
in a double room of 25m2 with pull-out sofa bed from 0 to 15 years
in an extra bed € 30,- / night
We take the liberty of charging a deposit of € 200,- for your booking

Our cancellation conditions:
– up to 4 weeks before arrival free cancellation
– 4 to 2 weeks before arrival 50% cancellation fee
– 2 weeks to day of arrival 90% cancellation fee
Dogs are only allowed on request. We do not accept dogs in July and August, thank you .
We do not have a passenger elevator.
The rooms are located on 2 floors which can be reached on foot via the staircase
. The way from the parking lot to the hotel entrance leads over
some stairs.
